Next Node Innovations provides a Standard Warranty for all new equipment purchased directly from us. This warranty is effective for a period of one year from the date of purchase and is designed to protect your investment by covering eligible parts and providing long-term technical support. Our goal is to ensure your BGA rework station operates reliably and performs to specification. Under this warranty, all parts are covered for one year. In addition, the original purchaser receives ongoing phone and email technical support for as long as they own the equipment. Before scheduling an on-site visit, our technical team will first attempt to resolve issues remotely through email, phone support, or virtual meetings such as Skype, WeChat, or web conferencing. Travel to customer locations and related expenses are not included under the standard warranty.

All parts are covered for a period of one year under the standard warranty. Travel to the customer’s location and any related expenses are the responsibility of the customer. Phone and email technical support are provided to the original buyer only. Prior to scheduling an on-site service call, every effort will be made to resolve the issue remotely through email, phone support, or virtual meetings.

The warranty does not cover repairs necessitated by misuse, abuse, or use of the equipment for purposes other than its designated application. It also excludes repairs resulting from self-installation damage, relocation or reinstallation of equipment, alterations or modifications made by parties other than Next Node Innovations, or installation or removal of devices not provided or authorized by Next Node Innovations. Damage caused by accident, power failure or surge, fire, water, wind, lightning, or other natural disasters is also not covered.
